We collect basic data from our attendee intelligence tracking tool and sources, match it with our master file (We own a database of 29 million B2B opt-in contacts) and append the necessary contact details which is done manually by our 300+ data research.
- Once the list is ready with the complete contact details, we roll out email campaigns from our end to confirm whether these companies are attending the event.
- Once we get the confirmation through email survey, we roll out calling campaigns to reconfirm their presence.
- After the final confirmation we send them an opt-out mailer asking, if they are willing to receive third party information related to the event and other marketing ads, we normally incentive them by providing them some relevant industry information or whitepaper downloads.
